The Oakhill College Parents and Friends Association Incorporated warmly welcome you to the Oakhill College!
We are a group of parent volunteers with children currently attending the Oakhill College.
To promote the aims and principles of the College,
To raise funds for that purpose to assist in the provision of equipment and teaching aids for the College, and
To provide a forum in which members may deliberate on matters relating to the spiritual, educational and social welfare of the College community.
Together with these objectives, the Association aims to:
Confer with the Principal and teaching staff on matters of educational need;
Give public expression to matters concerning Catholic education;
Strive to build community within the College between parents, students and staff and provide ongoing education for parents.
These aims are achieved by:
Regular P and F meetings,
Liaison and communication between College, parents and community,
Fund-raising and social activities,
College community participation.

We encourage you to attend our general monthly meeting and get involved in our activities. For many, it has been an enjoyable and rewarding way to meet families and build friendships. If you would like to find out more, either contact us or sign up as a member to join the association. There is no joining fee and no obligation to be on the committee but you will receive minutes of our meetings and the right to vote on P and F business decisions.

P and F General Meeting
The P and F meet on a regular monthly basis. There will not be any more meeting for 2020. Dates for 2021 are to be published early in the new year. These meetings provide the opportunity to share and celebrate the successes achieved by the College and the P and F, as well as a forum for relevant College issues relating to spiritual, educational and social welfare of the school community to be openly discussed and deliberated.
P and F Fundraising Events
Each year the P and F organise events to help raise funds that contribute towards the provision of equipment, teaching aids and other capital projects that have a direct benefit to the teaching staff and students. Note that fundraising events for the remainder of 2020 had been cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Past fundraising efforts have contributed towards Library renovations, classroom air conditioning and school yard outdoor furniture. The P and F select a College endorsed fundraising focus at the start of each year and the funds raised are presented to College Principal at the end of year P and F Christmas function.
